We will be converting the loft into an extra bedroom with an en-suite. The loft conversion will have a full dormer at the rear of the house and the en-suite will have a toilet, sink and shower in. We will be moving the water tank from the landing to the loft and putting it into a cupboard and we will intern fit the new staircase as to where the water tank used to be. The loft conversion will have two velux windows creating natural light at the front of the house and double glazed windows at the rear. We will be fitting 5 main electric points and 8 down lighters, 6 in the bedroom and 2 in the bathroom a radiator will also be fitted. On the outside of the dormer we will be fitting dormer tiles and EPDM roofing.
